Additional Services and Fees

Account Management Fees: 

Bank Transfers:

Regular Transfers (Completed within a span of 3-5 days) = CHF 20 / €20 / $25 / £15

Expedited Transfers (Finalised within 24 hours) = CHF 30 / €30 / $35 / £20

Fees for Precious Metal Logistics Services:

1. Repackaging and dispatch of an order that has been returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (after three attempts to deliver):

Cost of return shipment to our facilities, in addition to:

• Orders not exceeding CHF 10,000 = CHF 25 + Standard shipping fees
• Orders exceeding CHF 10,000 = Standard shipping fees

Fees for Precious Metal Legal Services:

Administration of accounts in case of a client's passing:

CHF 500 in addition to 1% of the account value (inclusive of four billable hours).

General legal administration:

We retain the right to levy charges for tasks that do not align with the usual scope of our regular operations. Examples include, but are not limited to, managing accounts during divorces, legal disputes, trust dissolution, and corporate account liquidation.

The cost for these services is CHF 250 per hour (or part thereof).

Fees for Precious Metal Vault Services:

1. Certificate of precious metals in storage (Dispatched via Registered Mail / Courier):

• Orders not exceeding CHF 10,000 = CHF 50 (Registered Mail) / CHF 65 (Courier)
• Orders exceeding CHF 10,000 = CHF 30 (Registered Mail) / CHF 45 (Courier)

2. Personal collection (including personnel time for retrieval from the vault and handover of metals):

• All orders = CHF 500.00

3. Internal Transfers within SwissBullion.eu accounts

• All orders = CHF 150

4. Internal Transfers to third-party accounts at ViaMat

• All orders = CHF 150.00
