The 1/10 ounce 2023 gold philharmonic coin is beautifully designed just like other coins in the series. The front of the coin is engraved with the image of the huge organ found at the Vienna Concert Hall. The country of origin, “REPUBLIK OSTERREICH” is written on the obverse in German. The weight, fineness, year of manufacture, and face value are also inscribed on the front.

The reverse is engraved with images of the musical instruments used by the world-renowned Vienna Orchestra. The instruments include four violins, a bassoon, a horn, a harp, and a flute. The name of the orchestra “WEINER PHILHARMONIKER” is written on the reverse around the instruments.
