The ¼ Oz 2022 gold British Britannia coin is a bullion coin with a classic minimalist design. The front of the coin bears a modern design of the image of Queen Elizabeth II. She is depicted wearing a flowing gown with a trident on her right and a union shield with an olive branch on her left. She is wearing head gear donned by the knights. The front of the coin is inscribed with the country of origin, the year the coin was manufactured, the weight, and the purity level. The words “FINE GOLD” are written on the reverse.
