SwissBullion.eu offers storage accounts to clients worldwide. If you are interested in opening an account from a country not on this list, storage accounts are available. Storage accounts allow you to buy/sell precious metals, and to collect them in person. Shipping is not available to some countries due to unreliable postal services and / or high rates of theft. Storage accounts are not available to the following:

- Sanctioned individuals or companies
- Individuals from the following countries:

Depending on where you are living and where your order is shipping from, SwissBullion.eu will use one of the following services:

Are Shipments Insured?
Shipments are insured until the point of delivery. It is up to you to ensure that you are present to sign for / collect your parcel when it is delivered. For this reason, deliveries can not be made to a PO Box.
How Long Will My Shipment Take?
Shipping times can vary depending on market demand and conditions. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. We cannot begin processing an order until payment has been received, and payments via bank transfer can take several days. We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1 week. If the value of an order is significant, your shipment may be split across several parcels shipped on different days. If the items that you order are not immediately available for delivery, they are labeled on the website.
As soon as your order has been shipped or scheduled for shipping, you will receive a tracking number and a list of items included in the parcel. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to update. Orders of high value and / or orders for large amounts of silver will be split across multiple parcels.
